Trouble’s Braids Hair Studio strives for excellence when handling all customer service matters.
Please familiarize yourself with our salon policies, and feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, even with advanced notice, it is at the discretion of the service provider to shorten or reschedule your appointment. It is also at the discretion of the salon to charge you a portion of the service costs you were late for.
Late Cancellation
By cancelling your appointment with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled date and time, you agree to pay a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Please note that this fee serves as a reimbursement to the service provider for their time, not as a penalty to the client.
No Show
If you do not cancel your appointment in advance and do not show up at the time of your scheduled service, you will be charged in full for the cost of the scheduled service.
Card on File
We require that all new clients have a payment method on file with us prior to booking any first time appointments. No hold will be placed on your card and you will not be charged until you check out day of. We keep a card on file in the event of a late cancellation or no show.
Adjustments
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service and would like a complimentary adjustment, please contact the salon within 7 days of your original appointment. Adjustments must be completed by the original service provider.
Service Deposits
Due to cost of materials and time for labor intensive services such as color corrections and keratin treatments, we require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the booked service. It will be paid upon booking and will be applied to your service day of.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment to schedule an adjustment. We do not offer refunds for services or products.
Privacy
Your private information, including but not limited to your appointment history and payment details, will be securely stored in our database. It will not be misused or shared outside of the organization. Your contact information is required in order for the salon to effectively communicate appointment details and reminders.
